The Kings Return: BTS Set to Embark on “ARIRANG” World Tour, Spanning 65 Cities Globally

SEOUL, South Korea – In a move that has sent the global music industry into a frenzy, BIGHIT MUSIC officially announced the “ARIRANG” World Tour, marking the first full-group concert series for BTS since their historic hiatus. The tour, named after their upcoming studio album ARIRANG scheduled for release on March 20, 2026, is projected to be the largest K-pop tour in history. Spanning over 65 cities across North America, Europe, South America, and Asia, the “ARIRANG” tour is not just a musical event but a cultural phenomenon that signals the undisputed return of the “21st Century Pop Icons.”

The tour will officially kick off with a massive three-day residency at the Goyang Stadium in South Korea on April 9, 11, and 12. Following the domestic leg, the septet will head to Tokyo before crossing the Pacific to North America, starting with two nights at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. The itinerary includes prestigious venues like Wembley Stadium in London, Stade de France in Paris, and SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, where the group will hold a four-night finale in September. Notably, the tour will feature a 360-degree “in-the-round” stage design, ensuring an intimate and immersive experience for the millions of “ARMY” members expected to attend.

The demand for tickets has already reached unprecedented levels. In Mexico, President Claudia Sheinbaum reportedly reached out to the South Korean government to request additional show dates after over a million fans vied for just 150,000 available tickets. This “BTS Diplomacy” underscores the group’s profound impact on international relations and global culture. The album ARIRANG itself is described as a masterpiece reflecting the group’s identity, longing, and growth during their time apart, blending traditional Korean sounds with cutting-edge global pop.

As the members—RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook—prepare to take the stage together again, the world watches with bated breath. This tour represents more than just a comeback; it is a celebration of resilience and the unbreakable bond between BTS and their fans. With 82 shows planned across 34 regions, the “ARIRANG” World Tour is poised to redefine the limits of live performance and cement BTS’s legacy as the most influential musical act of the decade.
